We had a gas leak in our new house and understandably panicked. I called Lonestar Comfort Services, while my wife also contacted CPS Energy to report it as an emergency. This was after hours, and Omar from Lonestar still arrived quickly, identified the leak, sealed it, and thoroughly checked the rest of the house before CPS Energy even arrived. We had a wonderful experience with Lonestar Comfort Services. The first person I spoke to was Rita in the office. She was a pleasure to speak to and very professional. Brandon was professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He thoroughly inspected our HVAC system and explained everything in detail with brochures to review for a few updates to be considered. Upon our decision to make some improvements to our HVAC system, Devin and Roland arrived and completed the updates in a timely manner. Both were very polite, professional and very knowledgeable of the job assignment and also answered any additional questions we had about the installation. Our units had begun to tip severely. We needed to coordinate with the concrete crew and Lonestar. They came out gave us a good bid to remove and suggested some things to improve our units when they reattached them. We ran into trouble pouring the concrete pad and it took us an extra week to get things sorted out. They loaned us complementary portable units and set them up for us.
