Left 3 different messages. Finally received a text offering to come look at my project, set a date and early afternoon as a general time. When I messaged to confirm around 12pm the day of the appointment and to ask for a specific (at least ballpark time) I received a text back saying they could not make it. When I ask if they had planned to let me know, I was ghosted. I totally understand things happen but prospective customers should be notified of the changes and at the least responded to. I have heard great things about the quality of work they produce but I guess I will never know...Customer service matters and first impressions of whomever was supposed to meet with us makes me question the company as a whole.
Excellent quality, and amazing customer service. Could not recomend them more.
