They truly cared about making sure everything worked perfectly. They showed up exactly on time and were fully prepared. Chris, the technician, handled the chimney cap installation perfectly and explained what they were doing. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing this kind of service.
This contracting service is HORRIBLE. They’ve shipped out my phone number to several different subcontractors who all call me at different times with NO KNOWLEDGE of the details of my request. I booked a time slot for 9am-11am which I confirmed back with this phone numbers call center. At 11:30am I received several different phone calls from different subcontractors charging different prices for different times. DO NOT USE!
I highly recommend their chimney sweep service. The team is professional, efficient, and the quality is worth the cost.
