Long Island Mold Guy

The second time I hired Dominick, the Long Island Mold Guy, was just as great at the first. This time, instead of mold in a basement I had mold in a tenant apartment inside a house. Much bigger problem, but Dominick completed it expertly, within a few days of being hired. Because we owners live far away, Dom gave us extra help beyond just doing the job: at our request, he hired and scheduled a licensed inspector; he advised how to prevent mold recurrence, with air filtration and dehumidifiers; he recommended affordable devices to buy; he let me ship them to his home; and he installed them in our house after he finished work. He is tops as a full-service, dependable provider of mold remediation. Dominick is the right guy to cure a stressful, difficult situation.

Dominick and his team were extremely professional. They kept in constant communication regarding the work being done throughout the process. He was clear and upfront about the scope of the work, the price, and any potential areas of concern. He was always available to answer questions I had. I was very pleased with their work. I can't say enough good things about Dominick, the L.I. Mold Guy. We were dealing with an overwhelming cellar mold problem in Southampton and we live in Michigan - not easy to do! Dominick patiently educated us on how mold remediation works in NY State, and after we got a plan from a certified inspector, gave us what we felt was a reasonable bid to correct our problem. But Dominick went far beyond his contract: he provided photos of the "before" and after", picked up and installed a dehumidifier, and even sent us videos illustrating the additional corrective work we need to do (gutter, downspout, wall cracks, door seal). Dominick and his team were truly amazing and through. I couldn’t feel anymore at ease with the beginning of just a phone call to explain my situation of a leak that lead into my kitchen area behind the walls that needed remediation. He was so informative, patient and understanding of my story and made me feel like it was an easy deciding factor to move forward with him. So professional and had all the right tools to protect the rest of my house from any dust or mess. They were beyond clean and took thier time over the course of two days to make sure the area was sanitized and hepa vacuumed properly from top to bottom.
