Long Island Paneling, Ceilings & Floors

These guys are great. Long story short.. they Accommodated me with a discount AND free delivery due to a miscommunication. I had unfortunately needed to return my purchased paneling due to a change in design plans. I had little hope of getting my money back as this particular item was not returnable. I decided to give them a call anyway to see what they can do for me. I was shocked to hear they would take the order back for a full refund, granted there was no damage! Chris and Nixon were extremely helpful and understanding. Would recommend this place for expert advise and customer service! Thanks again guys :)

Picking out flooring can be stressful. Nixon made the process a lot easier. Very nice man that took time with us.

They carry a lot of stuff, for floors , ceiling etc. Came here looking for a special type and design of ceiling tile, wasn’t able to find it anywhere and to my surprise they had it in the store. Their in-store catalogue is bigger than Home Depot, so take a look here if you’re looking to something specific. The people working here were helpful and welcoming. There’s parking in front of the store. Nice store.

We purchased Coretec floor for our basement in Flagstaff Oak from Long Island Paneling. It turned out amazing, it looks great. Waterproof, kid proof, easy to clean. Nixon was extremely helpful in choosing the floor, gave a good competitive price, delivered within days right to our door, perfectly packaged. And when we needed other pieces for the stairs, he got them in right away and delivered. When we had some extra, he took it back. These guys are A+++++, don't buy anywhere else!

I only wish every buying experience could be as pleasant, efficient and seamless as my experiences with Long Island Paneling in Westbury. To start, their flooring options are vast across all price points. My wife and I were able to browse with no pressure and when we had questions or wanted "expert" opinions, Nixon and Brenden couldn't have been more helpful. We were going for a beach theme with light wood-look vinyl flooring for our daughter's bedroom. We also needed wood-look vinyl flooring to install over tile on our landing. I was able to take home samples on several occasions to see how they appeared in the room's light.
