Long Term Parking Garage

Beware: Your entire reservation is cancelled if you arrive late, they don't care why. I had a five-day reservation. Flight was cancelled, and the best I could do is fly out the next day. When I arrived at the garage I learned that I lost all five days, not just the first day. That is, they don't refund your money, and they don't let you park, not unless you pay for, in my case, *another* four days.

Good signage to find it. Super easy and convenient. I love the green lights directing to available spaces. We take a photo of the floor/row identifier before we leave relieving the stress of remembering where we parked and saving lots of time upon return.

Usually pretty packed, but the convienance of getting straight to the airport and sheltered is worth it more a moderate stay for your vehicle , not a lot of ev chargers tho .

Absolute Brutal Bottle Neck with only 2 of 7 lanes for General Passenger Pick Up!! No Flow...2 Taxi Lanes flowing into 2 Passenger Pick Up Lanes! 3 outer Land for Uber Pick Up!!! Been to 100's of Airports! Worse design MSY, must do better!! Not the way a New Airport should be!!

Made a reservation online but at the gate, the code would not scan. The attendant said to pull another ticket and just talk to the attendants when I come back. I did as she said and when it was time to leave, the parking attendant would not let us exit and made us pay twice and call for a refund. I did call but the supervisor made it out to be like o was stealing and trying to get a refund to park for free. She said “we have cameras and I will be checking to see what ACTUALLY happened”. She said I was not supposed to pull another ticket, “why did you”. Well… I did so because the attendant (whom I’m assuming knows more about the policies where she works than I) said to do. Ma’am if you trained your attendants right, you would have an official policy in place instead of this back and forth.
