Long Term Parking Garage

They move your vehicle to a different spot with no explanation. When we landed and walked back to where we parked our car it was gone and another vehicle was parked there. First we thought it was stolen when we tracked it down it was showing it’s still on airport property. After wondering around for 20 minutes looking for it we called (10 minutes later after being on hold) they informed us they moved it a floor up with no reason as to why.

Absolute nightmare with your automated parking system. They charged my daughters card because she used my car at a different location previously and the used the license plate number to automatically charge her when I was trying to pay for it using a company card, their customer support is absolutely useless. They can not reverse the charge so now I have to pay my daughter back and wait for a reimbursement from my company. You should seriously reevaluate this as a a company and maybe put some consideration for your customer in mind.

This garage is far too small and not all of the elevators were operational for months. Now you're charging disabled veterans to park when it has been free for DVs for years? TERRIBLE, awful look in Military City USA!

Their new parking system always breaks so it takes forever to get off the lot. Was so much easier to just pay the cashier
