We worked with Wyatt from Long Valley Timber to log our land in Elkins, Arkansas. Wyatt was very transparent and precise with the entire process. Wyatt worked with neighbors to ensure there were no issues with property lines and ensured there was zero damage in ingress and egress roadways. As promised, checks started showing up from the saw mill within weeks of the logging beginning. We were able to hire him to open up an additional road and clear a building site. During the process he offered his expertise of which trees to keep and openly shared his knowledge about clearing the brush and what to expect once the area starts to regrow. Some of our communication was through text and phone since we live out of state. Wyatt routinely called, texted, and sent photos to ensure our expectation

We worked with Wyatt on property in Rogers, AR. He understood what we needed to do and made sure the work was done correctly. We had hundreds of trees down from the 2024 May tornado and Wyatt cleared our land. Wyatt improved the properties’ appearance and did more than he had to. I spoke with 4-5 so-called logging outfits before I was blessed enough to find Wyatt Williams. Wyatt was the first one I met who struck me has honest. He shot me straight. Turns out other folks I met had some pie in the sky numbers and all told me they were more than a year out. I found out that’s logger speak for “if I run out of stuff to cut that I like better I might call you”. Wyatt said he could get started pretty quick and had a a reasonable timeline for completion. I estimate Wyatt probably added at least 5k worth of value to the property with his expert dozer work putting in roads and log landings, which will become future food plots. Wyatt Williams visited our property to evaluate our timber. He has an excellent vehicle and plenty of experience navigating narrow twisting unpaved ranch roads. He was also happy to hike up our harder to access ridges. My experience of his visit is that he really knows timber. He is very honest and direct. He told us his estimate for our share of the timber proceeds.
