Rick and Anthony did the installation of my new water softener and repairs to the leaky pipe on the water heater. They worked hard and did a great job! I had total trust in them. I'm very happy with Longacre and their knowledgeable technicians.

The gentleman came over on Thursday to look at my gas hot water heater. He went over everything and gave me a fair estimate for a new one. On Friday I called their office and accepted the offer. We made arrangements to have the new one installed on Monday. The service technician showed up that morning and removed the old one and installed the new one. He explained and cleaned up everything. The estimater, technician and office personnel were very friendly and courteous. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Anthony was fantastic at fixing and keeping me calm during my recent cracked pipe. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and trust worthy. I live in Oley and he didn’t mind the travel. We are very happy with the service and I didn’t feel the bill amount was outrageous. Thank you again.

They sent Tony Bernhardt and he was awesome. My dogs did t try to kill him which is a great sign. He has calm energy and lots of confidence. I asked him how he knew so much about my furnace. He has years of formal technical school training not surprisingly. He did hours of work in my cold attic where the furnace is and repaired all that ailed my furnace plus replaced a water leak sensor and installed a new thermostat I had on hand. It all works flawlesslyy and I’ll be asking for Tony soon because the basement furnace could use a good inspection and service.
