EXTREMELY disappointed in this company and customer service. If I could rate them a zero I would. Purchased Moen fixtures for 2 bathroom renovations that were not cheap. At time of purchase associate was detailed and on point. After sale and upon install chrome fixtures did not match. Associate told me “chrome is chrome”. Upon sending pics it was evident she was wrong and she recanted her statement. I have never received oral communication from this store only emails. I am told the rep has had several bars sent to his home and he has tried to get a successful match. I received one that still doesn’t match. After again notifying the store this still does not match I have been told through an email that I need to call Moen and that she and the rep named Gene can do nothing else. I have stil

As a plumber I go here daily. They have any and everything that I need or I can order it The staff is very helpful also.

So to start off the items in the store beautiful. However I will never buy from this company. My husband and I are remodeling our beach home in North Myrtle Beach. Our contractor asked us to pick out some sinks and other kitchen/bathroom stuff prior to sheetrock etc. My husband is very Hands-On and does a lot of painting and work himself and generally dresses in paint covered work clothes. He went through the showroom and was there for 20 minutes and no one paid him any attention other than what seemed to be an owner or manager right at the front door who greeted him and walked along... While browsing he said he overheard two older ladies complaining the whole time he was there about a customer they made a quote for who ended up just getting stuff from Amazon or some other online source.
