I'm not a plumber, not even close but the education I have received here is nothing short of spectacular. A special recognition and a big thank you to Mark Brogue whom I was transferred to one day; has offered detailed explanations and guidance that has been invaluable to our household plumbing decisions. Most recently, outdoor vacuum breakers.

Compared to the other wholesalers (Fergusons, Hubbard) I visited the same day, Longley was superb and welcoming. Great reception; personal service including time and attention; well-designed showroom -- way above the rest of the suppliers from end to end!

Recently bought a push button diverter here for 50 bucks then saw the same one at Lowe’s for 15. I’m sure the prices are better if you have an account but otherwise way overpriced. The other store in Hampstead said they would have to order the whole valve and all at a cost of 300 plus all the extra work to install.

I have always been quite satisfied with the service and sales assistants at Longley. I bought a sump pump on June 28 this year at the Longleys in Jacksonville. The float switch stopped working yesterday. The pump works fine so I took the float switch to the store in Hampstead for a replacement. I also took it back to the store in Jacksonville. The store in Hampstead told me they could not give me a refund since I did not buy it from them. The store in Jacksonville told me they could not help me because I did not have the receipt. 2 questions, Why do you collect my phone information when I make purchases. You cannot look up purchases on your system??? Your stores do not service purchases made at other Longley locations. Now I have to drive all the way back to Jacksonville (40 miles
