Exceptional. Communication throughout process was amazing. Shannon and Mikey were unbelievable. Extremely professional and explained all steps of the process. Additionally, they let me know which services I didn't need which prevented me from wasting money. I highly recommend Longman's and will definitely use them in the future.
Ricky Nesbit was great. He cleaned our dryer ducts, shortened the dryer hose, and cleaned all around our stackable washer/dryer. He also educated me on dryer "do and don'ts" -- by shortening the dryer hose, we eliminated an area that dirt accumulates and may cause a fire. Thank you Ricky for all your help.
I wanted to post this review for the dryer vent cleaning we had today. Out technician Ricky was terrific! He was punctual, efficient, knowledgeable,and friendly. The job was thorough and he cleaned up everything!! We will definitely use your company the next time we need that service!
