I reached out to Long's Carpet for a quote on some LVT and was pleasantly surprised by both their customer service and pricing. Kay was my sales person and made me feel like I was the most important customer to her. Their communication was great after ordering the product and letting me know when it would be arriving. I would highly recommend them for any of your needs as their pricing was significantly better than anyone else.

Great experience! I told them what I wanted to pay and the type of carpet I was looking for and they found it within a couple of days. And I had a tall order! Let’s just say I wanted something for nothing and that is about what they delivered! They sold me the SAME carpet I found elsewhere for less than half! And they were SO helpful and easy to work with. You don’t always “get what you pay for”. Sometimes you get MORE for LESS! Very happy customer here.

Let me just say Brian Long is a stand-up guy. I had a problem with a multi-role order that was damaged by an independent freight carrier during the shipping process. The shipping company was liable but did not assume responsibility for the damages they caused. Brian replaced w/ upgrade cpt. Thank you Brian Long for being such an honorable businessman!

This company was recommended by a very reputable building contractor in our area. We were traveling through Dalton after hours and the owner came back and met us and opened the store! Very nice and very competitive prices. We would highly recommend this business. I found the first review funny to say the least. Anyone that knows anything about carpet should know Dalton GA is the carpet capital of the eastern US, and most of their business is done out of town and/or out of state, only the smartest companies would be using the internet to advertise!

Horrible customer service when they damage your vehicle. They damaged my vehicle with a forklift and claimed the damage that only a forklift can cause was already there. My vehicle was never inspected, I discovered the damage later. The owner never called me back. I will never recommend this place. Go somewhere else to a company that appreciates all customers and will not damage your property and claim you did it. Lets not exclude the body shop verified that the damage to my truck was indeed caused by their equipment. I will never support this business again.
