Long's Corporation

I would highly recommend Longs Corporation. We use them for a yearly furnace and AC tuneup. Recently, we used them to install a water heater. They were punctual, diagnosed and fixed the same day. The technician who always comes to our house, Steve, is professional, punctual, and knowledgeable.

Long's Corp did a great job with our plumbing issue. We needed a new faucet on the side of our home to replace one that no longer worked. It was more complicated in that the new outside faucet would need to be in a different location, as access to pipes was blocked by a shower. Long's did a great job of rerouting the pipes to the new location. Fixed the problem. Prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and explained all the steps. Really appreciate the professional work.

Steve, the mechanic who serviced our ailing A/C, was punctual and thorough with his inspection. His troubleshooting diagnosed the issue as a thermostat problem and within the hour, the house is back to cooling itself beautifully. We’re thrilled, especially since we were afraid that our 24 yr. old unit would need to be replaced at great cost to us. Someday it will, but happy that that’s a ways down the road yet.
