I couldn't recommend Long's more highly. I see good and bad review but my experience has been great. In my opinion what makes a company great and allows them to stay in business for a long time is not only the product or service they provide, but how well they stand behind that product or service when there is a problem. Long's has been around for a long time. They don't advertise. Their business is by word of mouth. That should tell you something right there.
