Look Brothers Septic & Pumping

The service they provide is okay, but the man who runs the company and with whom one makes an appointment is a strange, and exceedingly foul-mouthed little guy who says whatever he thinks, whether it's appropriate or not -- it's super weird. There's another nice, normal and less volatile man with a company that services the same geographical area....avoid the "Twilight Zone" and call him instead!

From setting up the appointment to having the service completed everything was great. Very friendly and helpful.

We started having septic problems at night. I called Look Brothers Septic first thing in the morning. They came out that afternoon and concluded our septic tank needed to be pumped. Not only did they pump our tank, they helped us make sure our pump alarm was functioning, uncovered our access hatches, and answered all of our questions. We had them come back the next day to install ground-level covers to make it easier next time they come out. They were prompt, respectful of our property, cleaned up, patient with our questions, and did a great job getting our house back in working order. Highly recommend to anyone needing their service!

If I could rate 100000000 stars, it still would not be enough. This company went above and beyond what any company can even begin to imagine. The attention to detail, the bedside manner (🤣?toilet-side-manner?😂), the EXTREME patience, affordability, and team-ship ability to collaborate with another company was jaw-dropping. This company is exactly what our country was founded on,and for. A business that is not built and run by cash- but by heart, soul, and service to our community. When my elderly,disabled, veteran father had the shyt hit the fan( like literally…. There was a window Fan on the floor by the toilet…): 35%of his new home was destroyed. Living conditions were comprised. My father had recently become immobile, no health nurses available in our very remote area, no family or reso

They did a great job! We had regular maintenance pumping of our septic. They are on time and friendly! We are very please with their work!!
