If you’re looking for a pest control company; I highly recommend Lookout Pest Control! I’ve had several different companies for quarterly pest service and they are by FAR the best I’ve had!! I can’t speak for every tech but, Rommel is great!! While doing the treatment he inspects for signs of infiltration and even took the time to clean the old spider webs off the porch! At the end of summer I had a black widow spider living in one of the old milk can decorations I have beside my porch and he made sure to treat it and make sure it was “gone”… I haven’t used every pest control company in the area, but out of the 3/4 I have used, they are definitely the best! Rommel is one of the guys that makes a good company, a great one!

Our technician, Jesse, came to us for our initial inspection and treatment. He was polite and courteous, but unfortunately didn't complete the treatment as we'd hoped. We are new homeowners and had a security system put in the day before. Jesse (accidentally) sprayed the cameras- leaving them with blurry spots after the treatment. He also didn't take down the wasps nests I specifically pointed out when he asked about what issues we were having BEFORE the inspection. When applying treatment inside (to an empty house), it was only done in a few select areas- under the kitchen sink for example. (I'll be double checking with Lookout to see if whole house treatment was on our invoice) Long story short- very polite technician, but I will be following up with the company for treatment/cleanup

Everybody was polite and professional. Impresses by Alejandro when he took measurements. He explained everything and answered all of our questions. Jesse was courteous and professional. He explained the process in detail. Then he notified us when the job was complete and let us know what time we could return home.

I’ve been a Lookout Pest Control customer for about a year and a half, and I can confidently say that the service has been outstanding — thanks especially to my technician, Abel G. Abel is consistently respectful of both my time and my property. He always calls if he’s running even slightly behind, which I really appreciate. When treating my home, inside and out, he is extremely careful around belongings and takes the time to do the job thoroughly and professionally. Because of Abel’s excellent service, I feel very confident recommending Lookout Pest Control to others. Technicians like Abel make all the difference.

Jesse did a great job. He was very pleasant, explained everything before he started. He asked if I needed service inside as well. I didn't. He let me know when he was finished and asked if I needed anything else and told me to call at any time if I needed his help.
