DO NOT USE - Management agrees with their reps on changing you for things you don’t need. Very ugly with me when I questioned the pricing of $1600 - for work. Ken Brown the inspector did not want to only fix my small holes and vents. I asked for Management. The Manager said we will do the work at &1200 min even though I had a previous quote wrote down from John Garlepp of less than $500. They said we are not doing it for that amount. Said really ugly… soooo. I then said thank you! Be careful with them. I asked for a breakdown and all the pictures of the work to be completed. Said… we cannot give that to you! I said, if I am replacing my siding and roof. Why would I pay to have thing’s attached to the roofline - when they would be pulled off by the siding and the roof people. Why can’t
