Please do not make the mistake of trusting this company. They string you along, make false promises of scheduling appointments and never show up. It’s like dealing with teenagers evading a chore. After 6 weeks of trying to get Chris & Fred to fulfill their basic duty to come back and fix a machine they had worked on and are legally obliged to diagnose/repair per the requirements of their license, I have given up wasting my time and will be reporting them to the California State License Board for dereliction of duty.
