Used them because they are the company my builder used to do cabinetry. Added a customized cabinet in my kitchen but there are a few minor issues I would like them to correct with the craftsmanship. After multiple calls and even stopping by no response at all. The young lady that answers always says she will have the installer call us but he never does. Terrible customer service. We will take our money elsewhere next time.

I walked in and no one looked around or approached me. I rang the bell, but a man in his office didn’t say a word. A woman came to me, annoyed that I had come. I told her I had bought a home and the sticker on the cabinets said they were purchased here. She asked how old the home was I told her 20yrs she stated it was too old, if it were 15 she could possibly help. She then asked if I had a picture of the cabinets. I showed her, but she didn’t seem sure and asked me to bring one in. No issues there because I want a good match, but she seemed unwilling to answer my questions. She was just trying to kick me out. If it were for me, they would NEVER get my business. The interaction was very condescending & uncomfortable.

Outstanding service and workmanship. Had a broken kitchen cabinet drawer, took it to Loopers Cabinet Shop and was fixed on the spot. From entering into the business until leaving, the customer service was awesome. Their showroom displays were beautiful. Highly recommend Loopers Cabinets .

I walked in at 4:25 pm and a Caucasian Male walked right by me. A White female looked at me and I told her that no one greeted me or acknowledged me and she said “yeah, he probably didn’t say anything because we close at 4:30 pm”. It’s 2025 and racism is still alive and well. It still amazes me that in Georgia these small all White businesses treat people so poorly.

We took them two cracked cabinets and they repaired them perfectly. We really appreciated them taking the time to help us with such a small job! They were very friendly and we will absolutely use them for anything we need in the future!
