This is the second time I called Lorenzo’s Company to do work on my home because he is dependable, responsible and goes that extra mile on all the work that is performed by his company. My house has a flat roof and he is the only one that has fixed the roof that is 100 percent efficient. He gives good warranties and guarantees the job done right the first time. I commend Mr. Lorenzo and his company for a job well done. A very happy and great full customer.

We hired Lorenzo's Contractors to fix our home after a water-main rupture flooded our home and ruined most of our floors. It was the best experience we've had with any contractor in El Paso, and we've lived here for 30+ Years. Everything from the quality of work, the time tables, fair pricing, and communication were all exceptional. To be honest, we didn't know that crews this professional even existed in El Paso. Mr. Lorenzo and his team helped us immensely with two roof repairs and other side projects. Mr. Lorenzo is very considerate in his pricing, very attentive and very detailed in his work. Before they leave, you are shown photos and you can see the Superior quality of the work done! Their cleanup after the work is done is impeccable! We had a pretty bad wall issue that needed to be fixed urgently before it got worse, and Lorenzo and his team did such an amazing job! They had to break off a lot of the exterior and interior of the walls in question in order to fix it, and the walls look even better than they were before! They were even able to color match the paint and made sure everything was good at each step before moving on. I had contacted Lorenzo after attempting to contact 2 other places at the same time that were also highly rated. One company did not give me the time of day, and the other company didn’t answer their phone or call back despite me leaving a voicemail. I contacted Lorenzo immediately after and he answered, he even called me back when the call dropped before I could explain the issues with the wall

Lorenzo and his team have completed multiple projects in my home over the last 5 years. Bathroom remodel and conversion, roofing maintenance, bedroom remodel, and other necessary preventative maintenance. He has delivered and communicated all issues during the process. He has been the most reliable contractor in El Paso and I will continue to trust him for any future home projects.
