Jim, Shears. and Henry are very knowledgeable. Can come in with a problem and they give a solutions. 98 out of 100 times they have the parts are need to complete jobs at hand.
Went in after a recommendation from a Home Depot employee. Not only did they help me diagnose the fact that I needed the most specific part world, they also had it in stock. Jim might be the most helpful human alive when it comes to plumbing parts.
Great! Very nice, professional & knowledgeable man. Better prices & selection than Home Depot & Lowe's. For what I needed at least. Mom & Pops kind of place. Love it. Will return again. 👍👍
