Nathan is one heck of a nice guy. He was very professional and always stayed in contact with me. He had the new pump and well house and hydrant in when he said he was going too and done a fantastic job. He cleaned all the limestone up from drilling and put it in a nice pile. He very much takes pride in his work and his business and it really shows. I would 10/10 strongly recommend lost valley pump service to folks and I would use him again in a heartbeat if needed.

Nathan was great! He came out and looked at what we needed and gave us a quote. We had to get all our ducks in a row with the financing and when we contacted him back he got us on the schedule. The driller came out and drilled the additional depth needed and then Nathan came and finished up the pump and getting everything finalized to get water back to our home. He was professional, kept everything neat and even advised us on additional filters to help if needed. I would use this company again, if I needed more work. We had an issue with a pressure tank, and Nathan and team figured out the problem and repaired it and got us back up quickly. Very knowledgeable, can solve any well or pump problem, and have the equipment to get you going quickly. We have used Nathan and Lost Valley for all our well and pump needs for the past several years and highly recommend their service.

The guys from Lost Valley were able to come out, diagnose our low water pressure problem, and get it resolved in a couple of hours. I was afraid our pump was dying, but they confirmed it was fine. Then they methodically worked through the issue, found the problem (a clogged component in our line), and fixed it. They did a great job. We plan to use them for some future water work we have planned.
