Lotus Masonry repaired the stone veneers coming loose and falling off from our exterior siding. We had several stone masons come out to assess our situation and Lotus Masonry was the only company that was willing to repair what was necessary rather than taking off all of the stone veneer siding and replacing it with new stone veneers. In fact, they were able to salvage the existing stone veneer and only required two crates of new stone veneer to account for any broken pieces. This saved us money. The cause of the stone veneers coming off was due to improper caulking around the windows and flashing, causing water intrusion behind the stone. Saul and his crew did a fabulous job making our brick sidewalk and porch look new again. His team had to meticulously grind out the old, existing mortar on a 60' sidewalk, being careful not to damage any bricks, and then replace with new mortar. Saul perfectly matched the new mortar to existing mortar on the porch and brick walls of our townhouse. The crew applied a sealant after the mortar work was finished and dry, guaranteeing years of protection. The crew was courteous and respectful of property, and cleaned up completely after their work. The project was very fairly priced and completed on time, despite oppressive high temperatures in August. Lotus Masonry provided major repair to a 50 year old addition on our 70 year old home. The job involved extensive repointing/tucking, repairing chimney shoulder and crown, demoing an old brick (fire wood storage) box and bricking up the opening, as well as other repairs to accommodate a pending new construction project.
