Scheduled a winter start up - guys came out and only completed half the job. Was charged for the second visit because apparently I was supposed to tell their employees of the boilers' power switch instead of them completing the job in full the first time? Hard to schedule, no transparency in extra costs (charged $80 to turn on 3 split systems) - do not recommend.

I contacted Lou Severino based on recommendations from my neighbors. On Saturday, I spoke with their answering service to arrange a technician visit for my tenant, as the air conditioning had stopped working and the weather forecast predicted temperatures near 100º. I spoke with Lou on Sunday and a technician was scheduled to arrive on Monday afternoon. After the scheduled visit, I checked in to see if the issue had be resolved by calling and leaving messages for both the technician and my tenant. Neither responded. On Tuesday, I called Lou Severino’s office to confirm whether the technician had been to the property and if repairs were made. The receptionist asked how many times I had contacted them. Well I had been satisfied up until this year. Every September when the weather is warm I have a boiler startup service just to make sure everything its working properly. I was told by the technician that all was fine, I was sent an invoice in which I paid my fee of about 130 dollars. Now it’s January my boiler started leaking water. I called Lou who sent back two technicians to tell me that my boiler is cracked and that I need a new replacement!!! And that the problem had been happening for a long time!! So what was the purpose of the boiler startup? What was he looking at all along!! I could have fixed this when the weather was warm? Now my kids and I are sitting in the cold waiting for a replacement. Highly disappointed.

Dependable folks who really know what they're doing! Our house has a complicated heating and air conditioning system that baffles the mind! We have been fortunate for years to be able to rely on their professional services. Jason helps us feel secure with his expertise and a friendly attitude. He's a sweetheart! Without Lou Severino Heating and Cooling system to care for our system, we would be in hot water! They're simply the best! Highly recommend! Thank you.

Nonexistent customer service. Left several messages to get a price on a mini split system. Lou finally called me back 5 days later, said he would send someone to my house. Never happened. Guy is a hack.
