Very helpful when we went to their showroom. They let us look around as long as we wanted to, and if we had any questions we went to them, they never bothered us. Susan was very knowledgeable and had many great ideas. The ordered countertops came in quickly, and installation was flawless, the guys did an outstanding job! They reached out afterwards to see if we had any questions or concerns and emails the information on how to care for our new granite countertops. When looking for a place to fabricate and install our chosen Quartzite slab I had done a lot of research to compare estimated cost, reviews, and customer service between companies - LouAda was the best I had found and happened to be local to our area.
