Underrated and overlooked. This place is a hidden gem. Easy hike from Hatbill Road. Very cool place with an observation tower.
The Loughman lake bird and wildlife observation tower is a great place to hike to. You will have a great view of wildlife such as otter and gators. You can also spot a variety of birds wading in the water and flying overhead. I definitely recommend this to everyone as it’s an easy hike that is about 10-20 mins depending on how fast you walk.
Did see a lot of birds. Bug spray necessary.
Not much of a hike to get here. But just a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature. Bring a chair and a cold one.
Nice 20 minute walk on a grassy berm to the lookout. Not a lot of birds but I think that the season is the reason🤗
