This is a review long overdue. However, it would be a disservice to the phenomenal staff of Louis Mechanical if I did not submit it. In early December, I had a bad water leak from the main water line to the house. When it was noticed, I called Louis because I had used them before and been very happy with their service. All plumbers were busy at that time, but Kameron understood the severity of the leak and was super helpful to coordinate other jobs and send two plumbers to my house to address the issue immediately. Both Lisa and Lawrence were excellent! They studied the surroundings, identified the problem, located the leak part, formulated a plan for repair, and fixed it! Thank you Louis Mechanical for your prompt and professional service. I was concerned that I had a gas leak in my fireplace. Your associate, Tristan, just left me with good news - no gas leak! . Tristan was courteous, professional and efficient. He answered all my questions very willingly. He checked everything thoroughly and found a valve key that would not completely turn the gas off without some force. I will certainly sleep soundly tonight know there is no gas leak. The workers that came out to repair my plumbing were on time as scheduled and the work was done in a timely manner and done correctly. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

He came to my residence to repair my tankless water heater, and I was thoroughly impressed by his knowledge and passion for his work. Had them come out to give an estimate on a backflow preventer for one of our buildings fire supply, they were one of three who came out to give estimate. They charged $440 for the estimate (no one else charged a dime) and it took several weeks to even get the estimate and now months later after I had someone else install three of them at different locations, they just called to run my card for the estimate. I highly suggest using Ted Hebert, they are a lot more professional and cheaper, and a hell of a lot more responsive and polite. I would NEVER use these people.
