Called Louisiana Exteriors out after hail storm came through Bossier City. They sent someone right out to look at my roof, provide be a quote, and help me understand my insurance claim. Within two weeks the roof was installed, yard was clean, and the whole experience went great. They are a local company here in Shreveport/Bossier City which gave me peace of mind. Would recommend to anyone!

I knew something was strange when a female from this company name Ashlee was acting very desperate to get customers (literally after I gave her the first check and signed the contract I barely heard from her again) she never picked up and never called back...VERY UNPROFESSIONAL when it comes to dealing with customers..my mortgage company was waiting months for them to sign the lien waiver they literally had sitting around in there house but Ashlee and her boss lied and said it was in the mail and after I told them that was the last step to release the funds they dropped it off to my house the next day..last thing is they wrote my estimate $1000 over just to pocket extra money which came out of my deductible. DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!

My home's roof suffered significant damage due to hail. Louisiana Exterior's representative Ms Whitaker coordinated the efforts of my insurance company and the contractors hired for the repairs in a timely manner. I would recommend Louisiana Exteriors for home repairs.
