I couldn’t get a nasty smell out of our carpet. It was so bad so that I couldn’t sleep in our bedroom. I called this company, and Ian came out in less than 24 hours! It was the very next day and worked with my schedule. Plus, he did a FANTASTIC job! I’m blown away by how good our carpet looks! We have two dogs and our carpet looks (and smells) brand new. Wonderful company! Ian came as soon as plumber left our flooded laundry room to clean the water damage in basement. He did a thorough job at a reasonable price. Also replaced part of the padding. I highly recommend Louisville Carpet Cleaning and will only use them in future ( if needed).
