This was a last-minute project on my end, and they really understood my timeline and made arrangements to make it work, which I truly appreciated. Even though my project was a small job and right at their minimum, they still worked with me on pricing and gave me a very fair deal. Great company! Kept me update with scheduling, arrived on time. The guys that work in the attic are incredible. Very hot, dirty job. They kept the house really clean, and went above and beyond to do the job right. Sales staff was excellent as well. Explained well, kept me inform, and want things to go perfect as well. Louisville Insulation gave me a quote quickly, and once I approved the quote scheduled my service in a timely manner. The crew were here for two days and from the start were very profession and kept me informed of the work being done. They protected the areas their equipment was coming through, and showed end of day pictures. I can already tell a difference in my upstairs and it has brought my heating bill down as well. First class service from start to finish. From the initial contact with the company, to the onsite meeting with Gavin Shook, to the two crews that came out, it was a great experience. They arrived right at 8:30am both days like scheduled, and the did a great job communicating with me what was happening. They put plastic on everything to protect it and cleaned everything spotless when they left each day. I wish every service company executed like these guys do.
