OMG, these guys are PERFECT! Best of the Best and 2nd to NONE! Came to my house, determined that I needed a new AC and Coil, contacted the warranty company, and Wa-La! Bam! I was approved for a really nice and QUIET Goodman system! I also asked them to quote me a new furnace that I would pay for out of pocket (my choice), and the quote was LOWER than I expected! Ms. Patricia was so friendly, and professional when we talked. She kept me informed along the way, and I felt like I was in great hands with Loumis. On install day, Clinton and his team were very professional, friendly, courteous, careful, and did everything by the book! The BEST quality that I have EVER seen from an HVAC company!!! Loumis Air more than exceeded our expectations. They came out the same day we called to report our air conditioning issue! The technician was very thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and why he was doing it and answered every question we had! We can’t say enough great things about Loumis Air!

Prompt, courteous, and TRUSTED service! When our A/C stopped working, I feared the worst: thousands of dollars to replace units. INSTEAD, I called Loumis Air. In the heat of late-spring, they dispatched a technician--Clinton--same-day, and he determined the issue was just a clogged drain line. For the nominal service fee cost, he was able to completely fix the issue with no up-selling. I know the solution won't always be this simple, but after this experience, I trust this company. Also, Clinton was super-kind to my wife and kids while I was at work. It's been two weeks, and the A/C is still running great. Thank you Loumis Air!
