I would give Lou more than 5 stars. Professional, thorough, pride in his excellent work. Great guy to work with and more than reasonable pricing. The only call you need to make. He repaired my water damaged shower wall, replaced the tilling, and installed all new shower fixtures. I am MORE than satisfied with the results.

I had Lou install two modern shut-offs to replace the old saddle valves installed by the prior homeowner.
