I stopped into their shop this morning looking for a part for my Rheem Furnace. Explained that my FIL usually helps me and we handle small repairs, but with recent issues we had we wanted to have someone come out and confirm everything is correct. I figured it would be at least a week, they had a tech out this afternoon! I couldn’t make it home but he talked to me on the phone understood my concerns, found the issues and repaired them. Pricing was extremely fair. Very impressed with the service!

Would not recommend. Took months for heating and air conditioning. And then when I called for the 100th time for them to finally finish the job they tried to tell me that I refused parts to finish the job and that I would have to PAY EXTRA to FINISH THE JOB. I did NOT refuse parts, they did not finish the cold air duct or the drain for it. Not that thats a safety hazard but they did not FINISH THE JOB. I will never be using this company again and hope this helps in your endeavor finding a company to do heating and air conditioning.

Poorly run business. A relative has been waiting for a call back from Love’s for 2 weeks for broken furnace. Each time he calls they said “meeting is over and they left”. No way to get a message or write a note down to communicate with the staff in 2025?

I started using Love a few years ago. I can't ask for more from a service company. Each tech that's been here has been a real pro and very patient in explaining what needs repaired and why, the prices have been reasonable, the front office hasn't left me hanging on follow-ups, and they show up when they say they're going to show up.

Purchased New Furnace, AC and Hot Water Heater. Was taking forever to be installed. Contacted owner who was rude and mad because I called & complained. Came & finally installed. Never have heard from since. No calls or service at all since. Dont recommend them. Its been 2 years.....
