Lovelace Insulation

I recently had Jim Lovelace and his crew apply spray-on insulation in my new metal garage. After getting several quotes, we chose to work with Jim, and I’m very glad we did. He was extremely helpful throughout the process and worked with our tight schedule to make everything happen on time. His pricing was excellent, and the quality of the work was outstanding. The crew did a fantastic job—the application was clean, thorough, and the cleanup afterward was perfect. The insulation has already made a huge difference in the interior temperature of the garage. I’m very pleased with the results and will definitely use his company again.

Lovelace did a big residential construction job for us in St Augustine. James has got great crews of men. They did an excellent job for us. I read the bad review, and likely that entire situation was because James was slammed busy. He's a super nice guy and worked on multiple phases of our new build. If you can get on his schedule, then by all means book him.

I regret to say our experience with James Lovelace has been profoundly disappointing. Although initial impressions were positive, the subsequent performance fell far short of expectations. From the outset, communication was sporadic and often unresponsive. The lack of timely updates compounded the frustration caused by frequent delays and incomplete work. The work he was hired to do was incomplete and executed with incredibly poor/substandard craftsmanship that necessitated corrections and additional oversight, which he never provided. He essentially abandoned the job, and our home was not dried in. Further, numerous instances of unprofessional behavior undermined trust and client confidence. James (owner) was extremely helpful, and exceptional. He was so accommodating, and open minded with all my crazy requests. Me and my husband have been designing our dream house, and that included a beautiful fireplace that James brought to life. James is by far the best in St Augustine.
