Lovelace Well & Drilling was incredible! A broken sewer pipe left us without water, and they made us a priority—coming out the very next day. They handled several unexpected issues on the spot with professionalism and even created a safe temporary workaround when a plumber wasn’t available. Their dedication, problem-solving, and top-notch customer service went above and beyond. We’re extremely grateful for their exceptional work!

We had freezing issues during bitter cold temps with our underground pressure tank system. The Lovelace team always provides prompt, professional service. We upgraded to an inside pressure tank, installed quickly and under estimated price. Highly recommend this company

Outstanding service! We had no water on a Sunday afternoon, and their friendly service technician arrived in a very timely manner. Upon finding out we needed a new pump, their employee stayed late to replace it. He could have easily waited to come back Monday morning and finish the job but instead spent his Sunday night working to get our water back on. It is apparent that customer satisfaction is the top priority for this company and they pass that mindset on to their hard-working employees. We will most definitely be calling Lovelace Pump for our future needs.

Highly recommend Lovelace. They placed our pump 26 years ago and never had a problem with it. This spring we noticed our electric bill was unusually high and eventually found it was because our pump was running constantly. It had developed holes. They came to make the repairs, a new pump, the next day. Job was completed quickly and with no mess. My only caveat is that I wish we had some clue about how long we might expect the pump to last.

When I used Lovelace pumping previously (last June) for well pump installation they gave me a bill of over $2200 for that work. When I talked to Scott Lovelace today for further work he chastised me for having taken 7 months to pay that bill. Lovelace Pumping was paid in full, with interest. Today he demanded payment up front before any new work would be done. 1 week ago his team ordered emergency line location after discovering a line leak between the well head and the house. Line location was done the next day. The Lovelace team still had not returned one week later. Today I chose to go with anyone else but Lovelace.
