Love's AC & Heating

We had an air-conditioning unit put in. Air worked fine. Then we had to use the heat and everytime we tried it would blow the breaker. It was getting cold at night and we needed the heat on. We called Love Heating and Cooling since they put the unit in. The owner says OH we can't come today Friday cause my only truck is broke down. We will come by Monday. He never showed up. Never called. So we had to call a different company who came right away. The problem was Love's workers put the wiring wrong behind the thermostat. Cost us $100.00. So we called Love cooling and told them the situation. Considering we only had the unit for like 4 months we figured they would reimburse us for having to hire another company to fix their mistake. Loves took good care of me. They were here when they said got right to work in the sweltering heat and did not stop till I was enjoying cool air again. I would recommend them for all AC issues. Dependable, affordable and great service.

Love AC put two mini- splits AC units in for me one in the garage and one in the lanai. They gave me an excellent price they did the work with excellence. Keiland and Jow were the techs and Joe worked hard till dark to get the job done. Great job!
