Came home from dinner with my kids and discovered my house had officially entered the Ice Age. Thermostat was dead. Heat was gone. I stood there in silence, questioning my life choices while my breath became visible and my dignity slowly froze. Called Loving Heating and Air and talked to Trey, who calmly helped me while I mentally prepared to sleep in every hoodie I own—at the same time. He scheduled me for the morning and even gave me an actual arrival window, not the classic “we’ll be there sometime today-ish.” The next morning, Jeremy and Talon show up, walk through ice like Arctic explorers, and crawl into the crawl space—the place in the house where nightmares are born and spiders fight. Great company! They’ve helped me troubleshoot a mold issue from condensation coming from the hvac ducts. The initial visit was from Pat. He was very open and honest about his experience level with my particular issue, his process of what he was looking at and provided advice on where to go next. He never tried to oversell me on a service, membership tier, or repair. When I followed up with the company, they came back out to look at some other things. Trey and Travis came, provided the same level of service, looked pretty in depth to make sure the proposed solution was appropriate, told me what I needed to do to fix the problem and again never tried to oversell anything. Very friendly, reliable, and honest workers!

We have 4 HVAC units of varying ages and brand and we were thrilled with the friendly and knowledgeable tech who came to service our units. We were educated on the membership plan but felt no pressure to sign a contract whatsoever. We will become members however because it seems like a really good value.

Blaine is wonderful- he always takes time to explain things and is so thorough. I am incredibly happy we found Loving Air and I 10000000% recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work done.

My A/C decided to die over the July 4th holiday weekend. I called for service on Monday and was surprised that a technician could come out that day. Chris came out and determined my 13 year old unit was not immediately repairable. He gave me options and called for another technician to layout details. Travis came out the same day. He was straight about costs and time. He did not try to upsell me on anything. He did give me a loaner portable A/C unit so I could stay in my home during 90-100 degree days! When the new system arrived, Cody and Jefferson completed the installation quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Loving Air to anyone with HVAC needs!
