My family and I trusted The Loving Group with the transformation of our pool deck but their team achieved SO much more than what we asked of them. We had specific wants and needs for creating our vision including style preferences, improved functionality and better use of space. The Loving Group delivered a 5-star resort level of serenity in our backyard that perfectly represents our style while also doubling (maybe even tripling?) the amount of usable space we have. What's even more: they accomplished it in 2 months. If you have already watched the video I posted or looked at the before and after photos of our renovation then why are you even reading this review, they are the OBVIOUS choice for your project!!

We worked with LOVING on our project and overall had a really solid experience. I’ll be honest, early on we were having a few issues and some of the communication felt a little bumpy. There were moments where I wasn’t sure things were being managed as tightly as they should be. That said, I have to give credit where it’s due because things turned around in a big way. Once new leadership stepped in and they clearly renewed their commitment to how they run projects, the difference was obvious. The new leaders were more responsive, more organized, and much more hands-on. It completely changed my perception of the company. Problems were addressed quickly, expectations were clearer, and I felt like we finally had a team driving the project instead of reacting to it. They also sent out a survey

We moved into our new home back in January. Our Bermuda grass was dormant being it was winter, but when they installed the turf it was a rainy day and you can feel all the tire marks from the wheel barrel and all the footprints everywhere. It’s extremely uneven. After the spring came around the turf didn’t take. My husband is a landscaper and noticed a lot of areas with root failure. We contacted DR Horton the builder and they directed us to Loving. The gentlemen we spoke to was very condescending, didn’t want to even hear us out about our concerns. We wanted the turf to be reinstalled. They told us to wait until the end of summer. Months and months go by and the turf still is dead. Finally we get them to agree to help and there solution was to aerate it and seed it. They did this but came
