I had a great experience with Frank at Low Tide Land Services. He cleared over half an acre of thick bushes and small to medium trees on my property, and the results were excellent. The land looks completely different now — clean, open, and ready for the next step. Frank also went the extra mile by scraping up and removing leftover mulch from a previous forestry mulching job on a different part of my property that wasn’t done very well. That made a huge difference and really helped clean up that area properly. He showed up when he said he would, worked hard, and paid attention to the details. Because of the great work, we’ll also be using him again to demolish an old shed on the property. If you need land clearing done right, I highly recommend Frank and Low Tide Land Services. Easy 5 s

We’ve contracted Frank for a few services. First we had him demolish and remove a building. Then we called him back for 5 trees we needed taken down. We’ve also contracted him to put some crushed concrete at the end of our driveway. We are extremely pleased with Frank and Low Tide Land Services. He shows up at the time he says he will, his work is very professional and quick, and he has always cleaned up the working area. While speaking with him, we found out he is retired military, and his dedication to professionalism shows it. We highly recommend Frank and Low Tide Land Service… we’re definitely going to call him back if/when we have more projects that need professional work.

Frank with Low Tide Land Services did an excellent job on my project. He went above and beyond to remove multiple large stumps and then made sure the area was clear and ready for landscaping. See the before and after pictures. It is like night and day. Frank was on time, courteous, and spent extra time to walk me through the project and alleviate any concerns I had. Frank did an amazing job laying a stone parking pad for us! He also gave us a great fire pit area complete with edging - a perfect spot to enjoy the summer nights and bonfires! Frank also leveled out our driveway with some crushed concrete. We truly appreciated Frank working with our budget and timeframe. He did a wonderful job and we will absolutely be asking Frank to come back for more projects!
