Lance was extremely professional, courteous and personable but, equally important, very knowledgeable and honest. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and then diagnosed the root cause of our concerns in the crawlspace. Furthermore, he had a proposal ready via email that same evening. I cannot recommend this company enough based on the outstanding service we received from Lance. Of note, the nice lady who scheduled the appointment was just as professional and polite.
