Chance was recommeneded to us by our home inspector. If a home inspector is recommending a roofer, thats a good sign, in my opinion. We purchased our home while being out of state and it required a roof as soon as we closed. Chance was very upfront, honest and walked us through the process. He addressed every detail that needed to be fixed as well as fixed some repairs that were not expeted. He and his team showed up right on time and did an awesome job. Additionally, roofing is a messy project. After the fact, he and his team walked around the house multiple times to clean everything up. I had a new Roof put on about seven years ago. Recently, I noticed an issue with 1-2 shingles near the Gutter, so I called Chance and asked if he could send someone out to take a look and let me know what was going on. He was very professional about it and one day he showed up with a few employees, and had them go up and replace the two Shingles that had apparently slipped down a few inches. I asked if I needed to sign something and Chance told me no, and that there would be no charge for the repair. Chance and Lowcountry Roofing & Exteriors have always been a pleasure to deal with and I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future!
