Lowden Plumbing & Heating

We had Lowden come out to fix our AC unit. They just filled the unit with 105oz and cleaned the outside condenser. Less than 12 hrs later, it all leaked out. Called them back, and they came out and told us the A coil was bad and out of warranty, and I quote the technician, I tried to fix it but no dice. We called the previous installer who informed us the A coil IS under warranty, and when I tried to get reimbursed, the office personnel, who refused to let me speak with owner, said they called Colony,(our previous installer) whom, according to them, told them we never called. Colony will be here today after ordering the new A coil to fix their mess. Very unsatisfied with them and the way they left our unit and refused to refund me for the coolant they installed without pressure testing the

Todd and his assistant were very prompt in coming to take care of our geothermal system. They removed a “bonus” part that wasn’t a necessity and was damaged from a lightning strike. He explained everything and was efficient in the process. We are pleased with their service!

our technician was courteous, made good use of his time and was transparent on everything he was doing and how much it was going to cost. we will eventually need more work done and ill definitely be calling lowden plumbing & heating!

Scott and Jeffrey showed up first thing in the morning and got things going. It was a complicated job...running new lines from a windmill well pit into a 125 year old house foundation. THEY NAILED IT! New pressure tank in the basement instead of the pit and a much needed update for the home. Great guys!

My heat stopped working. Made an appointment and they never showed up. I called the office twice between 3:00 and 3:30, no answer. Very unprofessional, considering I left work early to meet them at my home. It’s not hard to text/call and let me know you’re not coming.
