My husband and I built our home with Kriser and the beginning of the process was great, however…due to NUMEROUS personnel changes (if that tells you anything about this company) they are unresponsive and full of excuses. We still have everything on our punch list still not addressed 4 months after moving in. Do not recommend.

They deserve no stars. I have complained about repairs in my home before my warranty went out to Shelley, know they told me she no longer with the company. I spoke with many people from this company they come out and no repairs have been done. My house is only 1 and half years old. Also my driveway has cracked across refuse to fix as well, bad paint job. DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER!!!!!

I rarely do a review , but their leasing property construction is not inspected thoroughly. They have termite issues and leaks that haven’t been fixed. They have the worst type of termite of the 13 species , so I hope they fix that problem before the termites complete there project, which expected finished is approximately 2 years. A entomologist can fact check me. They send people out that don’t fix the issue but are prompt on petty issues. They don’t have fire extinguishers in their leasing properties which is if of concern. Fire department should go do a safety training for the resident to go pick who runs to get the fire hose and hookup and hope they have enough salt amongst there neighbors. Someone should contact the mayor for a plan of action. Houston has a problem!

Where do I begin. They made building changes to our contract without prior approval. Trying to get any changes made to the floor plan was nearly impossible. The finishing work inside the home is poor and I have spent $1000+ to fix numerous drywall and painting issues. Kriser set the grade of the house too low AND sloped the driveway toward the garage, causing flooding. This was a $3000+ fix on my part to install a channel/trench drain across the driveway and re-route the water away from the garage, to which Kriser contributed only $500. I paid to have sections of the LVP flooring removed and then re-installed, to fix inconsistencies in the concrete subfloor. We love our home and understand things come up. However, after dealing with the warranty work and being put on the back burner constantly after closing I can not recommend this builder. We are still waiting for 125 ft of leaning fence the builder installed to be fixed and the gates he installed. He is not responsive to the requests to fix these issues a year later. I can list quite a few other problems we had within the 1st year that were not addressed properly also.
