Fortunately, I live in El Paso County, outside the city limits. Thus, I was able to do concrete improvements at my house without red tape. I interviewed several concrete companies and chose Lower Valley. Why? Because Rey would interact with me before the work commenced. Back in 2019, I hired Lower Valley Concrete to build a large driveway on a steep grade and pour a foundation to specifications for a shop/garage at my home. They were required to make a curb cut and pour a sidewalk to meet code requirements. Additionally, they had to pour and set support for a wide electronic gate. Rey and his team arrived daily, on time, communicated consistently with me about steps and status of the process, and kept expensive changes at bay. I have never felt more comfortable recommending a contractor than I do Lower Valley Concrete. In fact, I have recommended them several times since they worked with me. Each contact that has used them has reported an equal level of satisfaction.
