Lowery-Clarendon Heating and Air

We love Lowery and will continue to use all their services and products in the future. We asked to have our ducts cleaned and we’re thrilled that the technician shared with us that they weren’t bad at all. We had the same service performed three years ago but the prior service included mold remediation for about the same price. The duct cleaning this time in comparison seems a little overpriced. We noticed equipment marks on a couple of walls and minor damage to the leg of a leather recliner. Should we use the duct cleaning service in the future we would be more proactive in moving our own furniture to allow plenty of space to get to the vents. Tech called shortly after I placed service call and arrived within the hour. Immediately diagnosed and repaired my hvac unit. Reasonably priced also which is always a pleasant surprise! Will definitely call again if needed.

They really came through on a needed air duct it came off due to pour work ethics from a different company it was much needed of repair before the big storme, great scheduling, better conditions inside the home due to the repair as well as very respectful i would have left much better tip low on funds on my part tho due to struggling times. Always prompt, always professional and always able to fix whatever issues our HVAC may be having at the time. Called in the morning about an issue with our system and it was fixed the same day! Best in Sumter! Highly recommend!
