Scheduling was easy, tech sent text day before, called when he was about 15 mins away from arriving. Very prompt, courteous and efficient. Did a WONDERFUL job and the price was right too! Asked him for business cards to pass on to family and friends! Will absolutely contact again when it’s time to clean again!!! Highly recommend!

We are so pleased with the service provided by Lowe's! We moved into our new house a few weeks ago, and immediately noticed that our clothes were taking forever to dry. We tried cleaning the vent ourselves, but it didn't help. We found Lowe's online and were able to get a fairly quick appointment. They arrived within the promised window, and got a bunch of gunk out of the vent (see photos). The whole thing took maybe 20 minutes, and when they left it was as clean (maybe even a little cleaner) as it was when they arrived. Will definitely call them back for annual service!
