I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Pricing is fair and I felt I received good value for my money. Stefan was punctual for the service appointment and came prepared for the job. He thoroughly cleaned the dryer vent system and installed a properly sized replacement dryer vent hose. Then he ran the dryer to ensure everything was operational. Stefan left the work area clean when finished. I was able to pay the invoice using Zelle which was convenient and thus avoided a credit card service charge.
