As always no workers in aisles to help out with anything its horrible dont waste time it will be hours before someone helps you out home depot is right around the corner go straight over there management needs to be replaced for sure

I had a delivery at 5am the plant supervisor open the door I said hi sir and before I can say good morning he started to give me an attitude that I need to say good morning first then before I can respond he said who are you ? get away from me as he walked away from me all I wanted to know was where should I park to get unloaded mind you as he walked up to open the doors he never said good morning too anybody I gave him 1 star because you have to click on it to leave your comment but Joshua doesn’t deserve one star if that’s how he spoke to me and I don’t work for Lowe’s imagine how he talks to the employees I don’t know how they made him a supervisor

Ive had many good visits for purchase. Making a key I held my hand up said ma'am may I ask a question. Tabby said she couldn't help me with the key making machine. I stated ma'am you haven't heard my question. She sent the little black gir over to see what my question was. Just then a higher ranking Male mployee walked by asked could he help. Little black girl tried to be more involved once she understood Tabby or her could've assisted just by listening to the question. Just wanted self checkout customer service employees to know they can help customers for a quick question. Training 101

I will never go back to this store. Horrible customer service! I went to buy paint and was waiting at the desk. The employee Lori acknowledged me and as she was walking to help me another woman called for her and Lori turned and helped that woman. Lori said, "sorry she grabbed me first". Lori did repeatedly page for more help, even called for a manager to paint and no one came. Lori said "watch they'll only see 3 people on line and won't come" Nice knowledge of the store she works in! She can't even rely on her management to come help her. As I moved about the store after waiting 20 minutes for my paint I saw at least 6 employees tucked away in aisles alone and on their cell phones. Obvious poor management. The entire time I was there the overhead page was asking for "help in hardware" I'

Absolutely horrible experience with Lowe’s on Lane Ave! Their 3rd-party delivery driver was completely careless — literally dropping heavy concrete bags off the truck because he didn’t bring a forklift to unload the pallet properly. Ten bags busted open, spilling concrete everywhere. They replaced the broken bags, but that’s where any effort stopped. The driver left the mess all over my property and the street and then refused to come back and clean it up. It’s beyond frustrating — this is supposed to be a professional company, yet they send out drivers who don’t take responsibility for the damage they cause. Now I’m stuck with a huge concrete mess that I didn’t create. Lowe’s should be embarrassed by how this delivery was handled. If you value your property and expect basic professiona
