Lowe's is such a great place to shop for your home or garden. The employees are helpful and just all around amazing people who genuinely care about your experience in store. At least that is how I feel and I should know I work there! Lol

Lowes, I used to really like this store.staff was always helpful. It's changed, though. Not the service I use to get. I wouldn't shop home Depot. Their service I thought was not good at all. But now it seems it has changed. Getting better service at home Depot than Lowe's.

I love the hours and the selection. My problem is that trying to get help is like fishing in a dry lake. I stood for a few minutes checking out BBQs. Then I started walking aisles looking for an associate. Finally, I walked up to customer service and they paged someone. It took another 15 minutes for help to arrive. Once help arrived, they were awesome. Pleasant, always smiling, helpful beyond belief, professional, and knowledgeable. This is a regular experience at the Lodi Lowes. Be prepared to wait forever, them be treated extremely well. I honestly feel bad for giving 3 stars, but it happens all too often.

Workers avoid you and if they see you coming down an aisle they turn around and walk away. If you ask some detailed questions I was lied to since he didn’t want to admit he didn’t know. Also the body language when asking for help and workers are having a discussion about how drunk they got and was there any hook up potential at a certain persons house parties. Seriously save it for break time and not on the sales floor.
